On Friday 9 and Saturday 10 October, a dedicated platform will host the cross-border and interactive event branded Traces, a project funded by the Interreg V-A Greece-Italy 2014-2020 European territorial cooperation program. Two days with free and reserved admission, designed to facilitate the match between artistic and creative skills, technical, scientific and entrepreneurial expertise, suppliers and financiers who will dialogue to plan together a future of social and economic innovation. A rich program with virtual stands, B2B meetings, thematic workshops, international conferences and speed-networking sessions.

Creativity Trade Fair is the first digital fair dedicated to culture and creativity‘s professionals. Due to the current covid-19 restrictions, the event branded Traces, a project funded by the Interreg V-A Greece-Italy 2014-2020 European territorial cooperation program, will take place on Friday 9 and Saturday 10 October. The specially designed platform will give the opportunity to visit virtual stands, encourage networking and B2B meetings, join thematic workshops.

Two days designed to facilitate the match between artistic and creative skills, technical, scientific and entrepreneurial expertise, suppliers and financiers who will dialogue to plan together a future of social and economic innovation. On the agenda are: the pitch elevator “Start Up & Go!”, a showcase to introduce to the market the start-ups that have been incubated through Traces’ acceleration program; two international conferences “Putting creativity at the heart of European recovery fight” and “Cultural and Creative Industries of Western Greece through the European Projects”; and finally speed-networking sessions, where companies, professionals, cultural operators, public institutions and international networks will be able to exchange ideas on the themes of creativity, sustainability and policies for the cultural and creative industries.

Traces is a project promoted by a transnational partnership led by the Department of Economics of the University of Salento and composed of Tecnopolis – Science and Technology Park of the University of Bari, Creative Apulia Cluster Association, Hellenic Association of Management, Chamber of Commerce of Achaia, European Network on Cultural Management and Policy and Cultural Foundation for Ethical Finance. Traces addresses the common challenge of promoting cultural and creative micro and SMEs (CC MSMEs) in Puglia and western Greece as key drivers of competitiveness in all economic and social sectors, by improving cross-fertilization with other key economic sectors and quadruple actors propeller. The project aims to create and activate a widespread and networked transnational accelerator to support the incubation of cultural and creative entrepreneurship.
